The plant will be wrapped by an EPC performance contract

Williams Industries, WCC and the EPC contractor and all equipment suppliers will have expert teams that would be based in the region and able to support Barbados

Sufficient spares will be held to manage routine maintenance and outages (planned and unplanned).

Remote diagnostics will be used for operation backup, maintenance prediction and planning, predicting failures and for troubleshooting.

All suppliers will be required to offer support in country noting the one potential boiler manufacturer, Hurst have 100 Units installed and under Management in the region.
